The Hermitage systems, although constantly updated over the years and always with very high quality components, were in any case made up of floor-standing boilers with obsolete technology and with high consumption, together with heat pumps intended only for refrigeration for air conditioning and which it did not recover the heat to be used for heating, therefore with very high gas consumption and high pollution.

In the total refurbishment of the thermal plant, we have provided for the preparation for the most innovative technologies, with particular attention to pollution, consumption and management of the plant itself. Precisely for this reason, we have chosen top quality components, made by leading brands such as Buderus and Trane together with a specific management component system for optimizing the system's performance for maximum results.
Subsequently, the construction of the photovoltaic system, also included in the automated management system, will make the Hotel Hermitage a highly energy-efficient structure with very low environmental impact.
